After a successful first event, we've listened to our athletes and made meaningful improvements to create an even better competition experience, with smoother event flow, enhanced challenges, and more opportunities for teamwork and fun.
The L.I.L. Competition is a women's-only team event designed to celebrate the strength, leadership, and support that women create when they come together with purpose.
L.I.L. stands for Ladies in Leadership and was created through a collaboration between Seaside Strength and Beyond the Bar United.
This event proudly supports the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, with 50% of all proceeds donated to help provide critical programs, education, and support for individuals and families affected by breast cancer throughout Delaware.
